This collar works great! I have been dealing with an overzealous Aussie for 5 years now that every time the 4 wheeler starts up he goes into a barking frenzy & starts herding it. I have tried everything from other brands of shock collars where he toughs his way through the highest settings to bark collars, both shock & citronella where he again barks right on through. I have tried treats raining from heaven as it starts up to getting the hose out to drench him in the summer. Nothing would stop him from going nuts & becoming a nuiscance. After talking to you about the Big Leash & feeling the vibration mode I thought that it might work for our problem. It has! After one session of vibrate only he no longer gets insane when we start up the 4 wheeler or the lawn mower. I have used it a few times out on the trails & have yet to use the shock mode-Vibrate is the answer for him! The 2 dog collar is great, I now only have to carry 1 transmitter when we go out & it is so easy to switch from dog to dog. Not that my other dog needs much by way of correction but backup is always nice, especially when the deer are running!

It has been two years since you folks installed the system for our Cardigans, and we want to thank you again for doing a great job! The layout to keep them out of the drive has worked great and we could not be happier with this investment.

Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the Dog Watch system. Our Bouvier (Kane) has been a relative fast learner and is loving his large yard. The best test for Kane has been our kitten who is just as fast a learner as Kane. It only took her a couple of days to figure out where she was safe and has taken the opportunity to torment Kane. Last week as I worked in the yard the kitten came racing past me with Kane in hot pursuit (he loves her but loves the chase). As they rounded the corner of the house I thought to myself there she goes as the fence stops relatively close to the corner. The kitten raced over the fence with Kane in a full gallop behind her. The kitten stopped about 15 feet on the other side and as Kane rounded the corner he came to screeching stop on his side of the fence. After stopping dead in his tracks he laid down on his side the fence and watched the kitten roll around in the grass on her side. This system is awesome. I highly recommend it.

Last year we adopted Abigail, a Brittany, who was such an escape artist that she was deemed un-adoptable by one of the national Brittany rescue agencies. We had Laurie install the hidden fence around a 5 acre fenced area at our home just outside Madison WI to satisfy the rescue agency that we could contain her. The only time Abby has escaped is when we let her out without her collar (after about 9 months on the collar) to see how she would do. She was over the 4ft fence in less than an hour. We learned that the hidden fence was an absolute necessity!

Shortly after this realization, we had our hidden fence go into alarm, a breach had occurred in the buried wire. Worse, it was the day before my wife and I were flying out to RI to visit friends. We could not find the breach and couldn't leave Abby with our house sitter unless the fence was operational. Laurie rearranged her schedule and came up to Madison from Belvidere, Il the same day, found and fixed the breach and we were able to fly to RI the next day. Needless to say, if Laurie had not been willing to provide such great support we would have had to cancel our trip.

More recently, the escape artist came to our door WITHOUT her collar. She shed it some where in our 5 acre wooded enclosure. Laurie to the rescue once again. Laurie provided me with a replacement collar and a remote tracking device so that I could try to find the lost collar. I was able to find Abby's collar down in an animal hole in a large brush pile. Once found, I returned both the replacement collar and tracking device and all is well.

The folks at Stateline Dogwatch are the most committed people I have ever dealt with. There is no hesitation on their part to service and support their customers no matter where they are. Stateline Dog Watch came to my house to install the fence within days of my inquires. Explained how to work with the fence and my dog to have the most success. They were wonderful.

The DogWatch system is one of the best things we've done for our dog. A few years prior, we spent a full weekend putting in a do-it-yourself invisible fence. By the time our lab was trained, he had trained himself to find the weak area in the fence. He'd run around the perimeter of the yard, and the third time around, out he'd go. With DogWatch, the sound warning is all he needs. He knows his yard and stays in it.

Hi Laurie, Just a quick note to thank you for installing Dogwatch system for me. I was skeptical at first considering the 5 dogs I have of variety breeds and sizes but it has worked out wonderfully. I know we had alittle trouble at first with Smokey (Siberian Husky) but we got past that and he stays in the yard with no problems now. I have been told there is nothing that will contain a Husky but Dogwatch sure keeps him in. I will never forget Rascal (one of my Austrian Cattle Dogs) tried to jump over the fence, he thought he was being so smart but he never tried it again. HA HA Thanks again and I really love your quick response you give me if I have any problems or battery needs.

Hello Laurie, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful 1st day Cricket has had w/ her new freedom. The 1st few times I had her out she mainly stuck close to the house & I'd have to tug at her to go near the flags. She knew better & didn't want anything to do w/ them. We are going to start pulling up flags tomorrow. Each time I took her out the better she felt & I even let go of the leash & let her drag it behind her with no problems. Just about 1/2 hour ago I took her out w/ the leash in my hand & let her go freely. She ran like a wild puppy & romped & played in the snow & had such a great time. She wandered towards the flags twice & turned right around at the 1st little beep. I was so proud of her! I know this is the honeymoon stage & will work more with her every day, but I just wanted to let you know what a positive investment this was for our pup. Thanks for taking all the time that you did yesterday training us & working with Cricket!

Richard and I just wanted to let you know that your fence is working great. Kirby, our standard schnauzer, is a lot happier now that we can let him out whenever he wants for as long as he wants. Since he had been trained on the Invisible Fence already, he had no problem adapting to the Dog Watch fence and now we are looking forward to spring when we can train our other two dogs, as well. Laurie and Stateline Dogwatch did a fantastic job setting up a system for our Black Labrador Retriever, Obi-wan. We had just moved to a fairly spacious half acre here in the Midwest from the West coast where the yards tend to be very small and almost always fenced and were skeptical how a high energy, critter chasing, ball fetching, 1 ½ year old that was used to a 6 foot fence was going to do with this "new" system. It worked perfectly! We followed the 2 week training plan that Laurie provided but quickly figured out that he was trained by the 3rd day . . . simply amazing. The parade of furry visitors we have through the yard (squirrels, opossum, raccoon and an occasional fox) had us worried but he never left the yard and (most) of the critters survived to tell the story.

Laurie's "magic carpet" trick on exiting the yard for normal neighbor hood walks was easy to learn (one of the concerns we had ; how to get the dog to leave the yard when you really want him to) The installation was performed very professionally; lightening protected, no exposed wires and no unsealed holes between the controller and the yard. Hi, I just am so happy that Laurie Spain has helped me with my fence. I originally had Dog Watch equip and was very happy with the product. The person who I was dealing with switched to Pet Stop. My collar from Pet Stop has been nothing but trouble. It frequently alarms falsely in the house causing my dog to be afraid in areas that she shouldn't. We have had our DogWatch system now for 6 weeks, and are very pleased. We have 2 dogs with very different personalities (and sizes) - a yellow lab, and a miniature dachshund. They have both been enclosed in an unsightly chain-linked fence that really deterred our children from playing in the back yard, and restricted the dogs from ever being out front with us. I was seriously skeptical that in 2 weeks time we would be ready to trust them without the security of a visible fence. Oscar is a 3 year old Boston Terrier with tons of energy. Even though we have a fenced in back yard, Oscar always found a way to escape.
